At AtlantikH, we want you to have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. To that end, we’ve compiled a FAQ list below that covers the most common questions we receive. Have a look, and if there’s something missing, please send us an email or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help out.



Online orders are generally processed within 72 hours  of receipt, although not on weekends or holidays.

Should the ordered item not be available at the moment, or in case of any delay of delivery, we will inform you via e-mail.

All prices at the AtlantikH online store are stated in ISK.  They do not include shipping costs and VAT. 

AtlantikH products are delivered from door to door within 1 - 5 workdays by DHL Express,  or UPS. For this option, we charge a flat rate 2000. Kr isl- to Europe. 4500,- kr isl to other areas) for any order size.

Other rates may apply for countries, where DHL Express, UPS does not operate. The shipping costs are added to the original price of the product(s) at the end of the ordering process. Once the package has been shipped off, the shipping costs are not refundable.   Please note that we can not guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes. 

VAT, customs and administration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods.  They differ from country to country, and are therefore not included in our prices.  We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.

Although we strive to present our products in the highest photo quality, please note that the display of colours can also depend on the settings of your computer or monitor, and may therefore vary from screen to screen.

Refund policy

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of arrival, for an exchange or for a full refund  of the original payment of the item (transport cost not included).  The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received, and in the original packing.  Clothing must be unused except for trying on for fit, with all tags still attached to it. 

On returning an item, the shipment is paid by the customer.  Please enclose your receipt with your name and address.  AtlantikH will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.  Shipping costs can not be refunded, once the package has left AtlantikH, except in cases of a flawed product.  Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after AtlantikH receive the returned products.

Privacy policy

When you purchase a product at AtlantikH, we ask only for the information necessary to process your order properly.  These include contact information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address  - and any account or credit card information necessary for completing your payment.

AtlantikH will only pass information on to the shipping/delivery company to enable it to deliver the goods to its destination.  No sensitive information will be passed on.

AtlantikH operates in accordance with Icelandic law and regulations and is therefore subject to Icelandic jurisdiction in the event that disputes may arise.
